Abstract
目的:探索"建康1号"大米对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者餐后血糖的影响.方法:选取T2DM患者24例(男性14例,女性10例),采用自身对照,同一患者前3 d食用主食为普通白米的标准配餐,洗脱期后3 d食用主食为"建康1号"大米的标准配餐.观察患者在对应时间,餐后最高血糖较空腹血糖的增幅、72 h血糖连续监测下血糖目标范围内时间(time in range,TIR)、血糖曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)的变化.结果:食用主食为"建康1号"大米的患者餐后最高血糖、TIR、AUC均显著优于食用普通白米者(P<0.05).结论:相较于普通白米,食用"建康1号"大米可改善T2DM患者的餐后血糖.
