Design and Research of Magnetic Suspension Artificial Heart Pump Driving Motor

摘要
Artificial heart pump is a kind of medical devices that can assist the human heart to complete the pumping blood function, and its core component is the driving motor. This paper introduces a bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor (BPMSM) that can be used for magnetic levitation artificial heart pump, which is characterized by small size, light weight and high efficiency. Based on the given design indexes, this paper applied the magnetic circuit method to design the main dimensions of the motor, and used the finite element simulation software to build the motor model. The built motor model met the requirements of the technical indexes, which verified the effectiveness of the design method.
