Age is just a number: Complex hybrid arch repair in a nonagenarian

A 92-year-old woman was transferred to our team after presenting with Stanford type B aortic dissection with proximal extension into the left subclavian artery and contained intramural hematoma. We report our experiences performing complex ascending aorta replacement with hybrid arch repair, and anterograde thoracic endovascular repair in a nonagenarian.
