Abstract
The secondary equipment of the series compensation device has the functions of measurement, control and protection, and its working state is closely related to the reliability of the series compensation device. However, when the ground fault occurs, the electromagnetic environment in the area of the series compensation device is abnormally bad, which will bring challenges to the electromagnetic compatibility design of the secondary equipment. Taking the Wanquan series compensation substation in China as an example, this paper studies the impact of near-field disturbance caused by ground fault on the secondary equipment of the series compensation device. The results show that the -15V power port is the most sensitive, which may lead to abnormal operation of the secondary equipment. This work guides the electromagnetic compatibility design of the secondary equipment of the series compensation device.
