Component carrying precision instruments include initiating explosive devices and load adapters. The exposure platform is an important part of aerospace vehicles. The exposure platform will produce an initiating explosive impact response with the characteristics of high frequency, transient and high order in the initiating explosive impact environment. The high-level initiating explosive impact is easy to damage the sensitive components in the spaceborne equipment, resulting in incalculable losses. Therefore, effectively controlling the high-frequency impact of the satellite and arrow exposure platform in the initiating explosive environment is of great significance to the aerospace field. In this paper, the impact reduction of the exposed platform is studied by using the honeycomb core flexible bag damping technology. The model is simulated and designed by the discrete element method, and the optimal parameters of the flexible bag damper under different impact conditions are obtained. The effectiveness is verified by comparing the initiating explosive impact test with the simulation results. The effectiveness of the method used in this paper is verified.
