摘要
With the development of renewable energy, inverter-based resources (IBRs) in power grids are in rapid development, where grid-following control (GFL) is widely used. Meanwhile, grid-forming control-based (GFM) devices are receiving more attention and have been installed in the grid to provide active support for frequency and voltage. In the future power systems with high penetration or 100% IBRs, the combination of GFL devices and GFM will be a promising way to provide dynamic voltage support (DVS) and improve short-term voltage security (STVS) during short-circuit faults. In this paper, a control scheme based on the simulation of transient characteristics of synchronous machines (SMs) is proposed. Then, an optimal parameter tuning model is built to improve multi-device control while satisfying short-term voltage security constraints (SVSCs) and device capacity constraints. Case studies on a double-generator-one-load system show that the proposed method can effectively utilize the active voltage support capability of GFL and GFM and avoid large-scale disconnections of IBRs.
