Abstract
Supercontinuum generation (SCG) is the main way to build broadband light sources. Quasi-phase-matching (QPM) offers SCG more flexibility, but faces power and fabrication challenges. This study uses a Si 3 N 4 waveguide to achieve efficient QPM-SCG with lower power demands and tailored spectral bandwidth, advancing power-efficient customizable broadband sources.
