A, A pair of SW480 cell lines was generated that stably overexpressed hiNOS (SW480-iNOS), compared with its control cell line (SW480-GFP), which were used for the SuperArray analysis. Expressions of Wnt signaling pathway related-genes (114 genes) in SW480-iNOS compared with SW480-GFP is shown. Cells were incubated for 24 hours and total RNA was isolated for the SuperArray analysis. B, In SuperArray analysis, the red + spots indicate a gene expression ratio >1.5 of SW480-iNOS / SW480-GFP cells, whereas the green + sign indicates a ratio < 1.5 of SW480-iNOS / SW480-GFP cells.
