Evaluation of the Economics and Resilience of P2P Electricity Trading
2024 9th Asia Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering (ACPEE)(2024)
摘要
Peer-to-peer (P2P) power trading has received interest because distributed generators, such as photovoltaic (PV), exhibit temporal stochasticity and instability, which might generate some overcapacity during specific peak output hours. P2P commerce reduces reliance on the external grid for energy supply and offers more economic potential due to its proximity both geographically and electrically. In this study, we use the time-of-day ladder tariff as a benchmark to suggest a trading strategy that considers resilience and economics. Actual user demand and weather data are simulated and assessed for economics and resilience under the assumptions of an average house with PV and storage batteries and an average house without both. The findings obtained validate the viability of the trading approach.
