Abstract
This paper presents the results of research on the development of technologies for production of wear-resistant polymer materials based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and carbon fibers of the UVIS-AK-P brand. Physical, mechanical, and tribological characteristics of polymer composites have been studied depending on the technology for their production. To predict the performance of the developed composites under various operating conditions, the joint influence of the load applied during the friction process and the sliding speed on the mass wear rate and the friction coefficient of the developed materials has been studied.
