Social networking sites are quickly increasing in popularity among internet users due to the increase in technology usage rates. The use of social media may help build real relationships between producers and consumers. This provides a great opportunity for product providers to learn what customers think about their products so that they can better enhance them, better understand their customers and gauge customer inclinations toward their products. In this paper, a machine learning technique is used for sentiment analysis of tweets that contain product reviews. Snscrape was applied to collect tweets. Support vector machine was used for sentiment analysis classification, achieving an impressive 95% accuracy.
