Complete genome sequence of a novel mitovirus identified in the phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. melonis strain T-SD3

A novel mitovirus was identified in Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. melonis strain T-SD3 and designated as "Fusarium oxysporum mitovirus 3" (FoMV3).
