Large signal measurements are undertaken on electro-optic Mach-Zehnder modulators using a co-planar-stripline design, realised for the first time on a generic InP platform, demonstrating a 320 Gbit/s line rate with a bit error rate of 1.62×10 -2 . © 2024 The Author(s)
