Sliding Mode Control of a DFIG Associated with a Two-Level Converter Based on the SVM Strategy

摘要
This paper describes the sliding mode control (SMC) used to control a wind turbine system’s active and reactive power driven by an SVM inverter. The direction of the stator flux will decouple the DFIG’s active and reactive powers, which will be controlled by sliding mode control. For different power reference changes, the simulation results of the suggested controller (SMC-SVM) are validated using Matlab/Simulink software. After using SVM, the simulation results show that this proposed control has good performance, improved power quality, and is robust to parameter changes.
