Research on Resilience Enhancement Oriented Recovery Strategies of Cyber-Physical Distribution Network

Distribution system resilience refers to the ability of a system to recover after being disturbed by extreme events. To enhance the resilience of a distribution system during extreme disasters, a method that considers cyber-physical interdependence has been explored. Firstly, the missing area was identified as an evaluation index of distribution system resilience. The difference in resilience between the two states of communication, normal and faulty, was defined as the impact of a faulty cyber subsystem on a power distribution system. Then, the cyber-physical interdependence was modelled as a mixed integer linear model based on network flow theory. Thirdly, the three recovery measures of priority restoration of power subsystems, priority restoration of cyber subsystems, and cyber-physical coordinated recovery are compared to obtain the optimal recovery strategy. Numerical results on the IEEE 33-node distribution system demonstrate the rationality of the evaluation method and the effectiveness of the recovery strategy proposed in this paper.
