摘要
AbstractBackgroundLateral cervical cysts are among the most frequent branchial anomalies of the neck, although they rarely become large.Case presentationThe present case involved a 32‐year‐old man with swelling of the right side of the neck. Pre‐operative CT findings showed a low CT value on the right side of the neck. Lateral cervical cyst removal was performed under general anesthesia, and the excision was 100 mm × 70 mm × 30 mm, which is the largest ever reported removal of a Bailey type I lateral cervical cyst.ConclusionThe patient had a good clinical course, with no post‐operative recurrence.
