Green Hydrogen Production and Consumption Method for Offshore Wind Power Based on Electric Hydrogen Coupling

Abstract
With the continuous promotion and implementation of China's new energy policies, new energy power generation bases have been continuously established. This article proposes an offshore wind power coupling method based on the concept of source network load storage, providing an initial framework for engineering construction of green power hydrogen production. In order to solve the problem of offshore wind power consumption, an energy storage operation mechanism has been introduced to solve the problem of wind power storage, and an energy flow path for offshore wind power consumption and production of green hydrogen has been proposed. Based on the hydrogen manufacturing process, key indices of the electric hydrogen coupling test dataset are proposed, and analytical conclusions are provided. It is pointed out that electric hydrogen coupling is an important fundamental form in the future energy transformation.Hydrogen energy storage can store both electricity and hydrogen and its derivatives (such as ammonia and methanol). Narrowly defined hydrogen energy storage is based on the power to (P2) conversion process, mainly including electrolytic cells, hydrogen storage tanks, and fuel cells.
