Since a single metal material tube is difficult in meeting the diverse practical application needs of metal pipeline across various environments, Mg/Al bimetal composite tubes (BCTs) were fabricated through the power spinning process at a temperature of 300 °C. This study involved conducting hot compression tests on 7075 aluminum and AZ31b magnesium, followed by importing the derived material parameter model into Simufact Forming software for simulation purposes.
