摘要
In this paper, we introduce a partial differential equation (PDE) model to describe thetransmission dynamics of dengue with two viral strains and possible secondary infectionfor humans. The model features the variable infectiousness during the infectious period, which we call the infection age of the infectious host. We define two thresholdsRj1and R-2(j),j=1,2, and show that the strain j can not invade the system if R-1(j)+R-2(j)<1.Further, the disease-free equilibrium of the system is globally asymptotically stable if max j {Rj1+R-2(j)}<1. WhenRj1>1, strainjdominance equilibriumEjexists, andis locally asymptotically stable when R-1(j)>1,R-1(i)更多
