摘要
Metal -organic frameworks (MOFs) have quickly emerged as one of the fastest -growing classes of solid supports under consideration in heterogeneous catalytic catalysis. Cobalt/vit B3 (nicotinic acid) metal organic framework (Co/vit B3_MOF) was prepared and characterized by IR, XRD and SEM. The prepared Co-MOF was used to synthesize isolated-polycyclic aromatic compounds containing bis-indole under solvent -free conditions. The synthesized ligands undergo docking validation. From the calculated data all the prepared ligands especially 4(di(1H-indol-3-yl)methyl)phenyl benzoate (8c), 4-(di(1H-indol-3-yl)methyl)phenyl 4-methylbenzoate (9c), and 4-(di(1H-indol-3-yl)methyl)phenyl 4-methylbenzenesulfonate (10c) presented high stacking evaluation towards the DNA of Salmonella. typhimurium compared with reference ligand benzo[c]phenanthrene diol epoxide.
