Electrochemical Modeling of Electrochromic Devices: An Equivalent Circuit Approach

Electrochromic (EC) devices are being extensively used in applications such as smart windows and thermal control, due to their efficiency and precise control. We have developed a physics-based model to capture the electrochemical behaviour of these EC devices. We have realized an equivalent circuit for this model; this approach is helpful in designing circuits for the EC devices and integrating them into large arrays.
