Abstract
By introducing the Fermat number transform into chromatic dispersion compensation and adaptive equalization, the computational complexity has been reduced by 68 results validate its transmission performance with only 0.8 dB receiver sensitivity penalty in a 75 km-40 GBaud-PDM-16QAM system.
