Abstract
With the increasing installed capacity of new energy power generation, the electricity generated by photovoltaic or wind energy in some regions has not been able to be input to the grid, resulting in "wind abandonment" and "photovoltaic energy abandonment". Wind farms are often located in remote areas where electricity is expensive to delivery. Besides, wind power is highly volatile. Sustainable energy generation exceeds limited grid load, causing the abandonment of new energy. In the first three quarters of 2022, the rate of photovoltaic energy abandonment in Tibet is as high as 19.5%, and that in Qinghai is 10.1%. The contradiction between the new installed capacity using new energy and the original grid system structure gradually arose. For an administrative region, due to professional industries and data limitations, its local functional departments cannot be intuitively informed of the real-time consumption capacity of the distribution network in the region. Based on the evaluation and visualization system of sustainable energy penetration rate of the whole county based on safety constraints, this paper conducts systematic analysis and research on the above issues, analyzes the maximum carrying capacity under the premise of safe and stable operation of the distribution network, and presents the results visually.
