Abstract
急性髓性白血病(AML)常伴有T细胞免疫功能不全,由于免疫检查点(IC)分子表达上调引起T细胞耗竭是其重要原因之一.利用IC抑制剂治疗AML有一定的临床效果,但患者T细胞耗竭的异质性很大,且还存在其他原因引起的T细胞免疫功能不全,多层面分析区分不同类型的免疫缺陷而采取相应的靶向T细胞免疫治疗才是理想的策略.
