The Pseudomonas proteolytica GBPI_Hb61 had shown estriol degradation potential. The conditions such as pH, temperature, inoculum volume, agitation speed, and compound concentration were optimized for designing the experiments for getting the maximum degradation using the Box-Behnken design.
