Abstract
采用具有模式转换和无损传输特性的三模非模式选择光子灯笼(PL)实现了 976 nm波长的半导体激光的相干合束.相对于半导体激光常规空间孔径相干合束的方式,所提合束光场不会产生旁瓣,且能拥有较高的光束质量.通过仿真PL合束特性,搭建合束实验系统,最终976 nm波长的半导体激光基模输出功率达99.7 mW,转换效率为33.2%.实验结果表明,此合束系统实现了模式转换,使半导体激光能够以基模输出,展现了一种有潜力的半导体激光相干合束的方法.
