Design and Implementation of Earthquake Emergency Information Linkage and Public Service System

One of the most typical applications in earthquake rapid reporting is how to quickly obtain earthquake parameters and related data in the seismic zone. However, this involves the interconnection of seismic industry seismology, information, and emergency disciplines. This article takes the logical main line of “obtaining earthquake parameters after the earthquake occurs, issuing earthquake text messages, updating seismic situation data on the website, automatically generating brief fax reports” as the framework, and establishes a data model of public service system based on the linkage mode of earthquake rapid reporting information. It also uses popular B/S, Web Services, ASP and other technologies to solve practical problems in the public service system, in order to better serve the public.
