摘要
Dalbergia odorifera is a rare and precious rosewood specie, which is valued for its amber tones, abstract figural patterns, and impermeability to water and insects. However, the information on genetic diversity and marker-assisted selection breeding of D. odorifera is still limited. Simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers are an ideal tool for genetic diversity analysis and marker-assisted molecular breeding for complex traits. Here, we have developed SSR markers within candidate genes and used them to explore the genetic diversity among D. odorifera germplasm resources. A total of 635 SSR loci were identified. The proportions of mono-, di- and tri-nucleotide repeat motifs were 52.28
