Peptidomics has rapidly evolved into a multidisciplinary field, integrating high-resolution mass spectrometry, innovative mesoporous materials and bioinformatics analysis. Peptidome is intricately linked to an individual's physiological state, holding significant potential as a valuable source of pathophysiological insights. Thus, the comprehensive peptidome analysis holds great significance for clinical applications. In recent years, magnetic mesoporous nanomaterials have become the powerful tools in peptidomics researches, particularly in the field of precision medicine. There has been a growing interest in the synthesis and application of these materials, with a focus on their role in precision healthcare. This review discusses the construction of magnetic mesoporous materials, their application in endogenous peptide enrichment, and the advancement in research on peptide biomarkers for diagnostics. Special attention is given to technological improvements that enhance the extraction and identification of peptide biomarkers, contributing to the field of personalized medicine.
