Abstract
铁死亡是一种独特的细胞死亡方式,是铁依赖性的新型细胞程序性死亡,以细胞内胞质和脂质的活性氧堆积为主要特征.铁死亡在很多眼底疾病的发病机制中发挥重要作用,如视网膜色素变性、年龄相关性黄斑变性、糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜脱离、视网膜母细胞瘤等疾病,使用铁死亡相关抑制剂或激活剂可调节疾病进程,为眼科疾病的研究、预防及治疗提供新的思路.
