Effect of cell characteristics on mechanical properties of AlSi10Mg alloy fabricated by laser powder bed fusion

摘要
The contribution of cell structure on the mechanical properties of AlSi10Mg alloy fabricated by laser-powder bed fusion (L-PBF) was quantitatively investigated. A linear relationship between (cell diameter)-1/2 and strength was observed, with a slope of 127 MPa·μm0.5, demonstrating a higher sensitivity of strength to cell diameter compared to grain size.
