摘要
To the challenges associated with efficient coalbed methane (CBM) extraction, this study introduces a “Sealing Cracks with Liquids Based” (SCLB) novel method using particle flow for sealing works. A high-rheological and particle mucus sealing material is prepared using raw materials such as bentonite, xanthan gum and rubber particles. The main focus of this study investigate the rheological and deformation properties of the novel material. A description particle range crack mathematical model is established through average division. Furthermore, a bidirectional coupling active dynamic sealing technology with particle flow and mucus under pressure is proposed. Two major sealing mechanisms are summarized. Field applications have been carried out in a coal mine, and evaluation criteria for particle mucus are established. The results indicate that the particle viscous material can improve the extraction efficiency of CBM by approximately 90% compared to the traditional cement sealing materials. Through laboratory research and field applications, this study provides valuable insights for future research and practical applications in the field of CBM extraction.
