Abstract
As the Chinese space station continues its operations in orbit, The Extra-Vehicular Activity (EVA) power tools are increasingly facing a variety of complex working conditions when normalizing extravehicular operations. To gain a better understanding of the performance of EVA power tools in extravehicular operations, this study focuses on the motor components and designs an experimental system for multi-stress pulling offset. The system aims to investigate the impact of extreme conditions such as high/low temperatures, heavy loads, and high speeds in a vacuum environment on the working performance of motor components. The results indicate that increasing the set speed slightly enhances the output torque of motor components, while also significantly increasing torque fluctuations. Moreover, the operating temperature of motor components shows no strong correlation with stalling torque values. This experiment can be flexibly applied to various aerospace rotating products, providing valuable data support for future product design and improvement.
