Improved Gravitational Search Algorithm with Elite Local Exploitation and Enlarged Gravity Constant.
International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Design(2023)
摘要
The Newtonian gravity laws serve as the foundation for the gravitational search algorithm (GSA). It employs the gravitational force to govern the interaction and evolution of individuals. Despite achieving notable success, conventional GSA suffers from premature convergence and limited search ability. To address these issues, we propose an improved gravitational search algorithm with elite local exploitation and enlarged gravity constant (EGSA), which incorporates an elite local search strategy. This strategy enhances the algorithm’s ability to escape local optima and accelerates convergence. Using the IEEE CEC2017 benchmark test functions, we compare the effectiveness of the proposed approach to that of the current GSA variations.
