In view of frequency deviation, the existing frequency recovery control methods mainly have two shortcomings. The first disadvantage is that the control strategy within the wind farm is not designed to avoid the occurrence of secondary frequency dips. Aiming at the unsafe dynamic process frequency deviation, a dynamic process frequency recovery control strategy is proposed. Firstly, the predictive control theory and fuzzy theory of distributed models are introduced. Then, each area of the wind power interconnected power system is modeled to further obtain the model of the entire interconnected power system. Subsequently, the frequency recovery control strategy of the system is designed based on the distributed model predictive control. Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed control strategy are verified in the improved IEEE four-machine two-area system and the improved IEEE 10-machine 39-node system.
