摘要
The Fe34Ni20Cr20Mo5B4C4P12Nb1 high-entropy amorphous coatings were fabricated via high-velocity air fuel (HVAF) with different heat input. The coating with the lowest heat input exhibits excellent corrosion resistance. The excessive heat input results in the formation of micro-oxidation zones, which reduces the corrosion resistance. The corrosion-wear behavior in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution has been investigated. Below the applied potential of Open-circuit Potential (OCP), the corrosion process is inhibited. Above the applied potential of OCP, a significant escalation in corrosion-wear synergy is observed with an increase in applied potential, particularly in terms of the volume loss attributed to the wear-induced corrosion.
