摘要
Abstract During September of 2020, black rot was found on post-harvest Chinese chestnuts from a farmer’s market in Kunming of Yunnan Province, China. Three isolates and two isolates were identified as Ceratocystis acaciivora =Ceratocystis manginecans and Chalaropsis sp. 1, respectively, based on morphology and sequence of 60S, LSU and MCM7. Pathogenicity test and revalidation of Koch’s postulates indicated that two fungus was both the causal agent of black rot disease on Chinese chestnut. This is the first report of C. acaciivora and Chalaropsissp. 1 affecting Chinese chestnut.
