Abstract
为了提高水性环氧类防腐涂层的硬度,在水性环氧树脂防腐涂料中加入Si3N4、ZrB2作为硬质填充料,涂层的制备和固化均在室温下进行,结果发现:在盐雾试验24天内,Si3N4硬质涂层未出现腐蚀,ZrB2硬质涂层在第1天出现腐蚀。Si3N4硬质涂层的腐蚀电位比ZrB2硬质涂层要正,腐蚀电流密度比ZrB2硬质涂层要小,电荷转移电阻比ZrB2硬质涂层要大,由此说明,从电化学角度Si3N4硬质涂层的耐腐蚀性能优于ZrB2硬质涂层,从而证实盐雾试验腐蚀的结果。Si3N4硬质涂层铅笔硬度为5H,ZrB2硬质涂层铅笔硬度为2H;Si3N4硬质涂层粘接强度为34.6MPa,ZrB2硬质涂层粘接强度为26.3 MPa;所以,Si3N4硬质涂层硬度和粘接强度均优于ZrB2硬质涂层。Si3N4硬质涂层厚度为40μm。
