摘要
Abstract Bisphenol A (BPA), a substance that interferes with hormones, has faced extensive prohibition in the context of food packing and baby bottles. It is desirable to detect them in toxicity estimate, food and environmental monitoring. Herein, an electrochemical sensor for BPA was constructed based on copper-organic framework (Cu-MOF), CTAB and graphene (GN) as electrode modified materials. The modified composite, GN-Cu-MOF, was effectively synthesized and characterized by SEM, FT-IR, XPS, XRD, Zeta and Size. The successful integration of Cu-MOF, CTAB and GN synergistically improved the electron transport rate and accumulation efficiency for BPA, resulting in amplified signals in differential pulse voltammetry and large electroactive surface area (0.0310 cm2). The proportion linear response is from 0.100 μM to 800 μM with the detection limit of 35.0 nM (signal-to-noise ratio of 3). The sensitivity is 0.89 μA·μM-1 cm-2 in the concentration range of 25 - 800 μM and 8.87 μA·μM−1 cm-2 in the range of 0.1-10 μM. The developed sensor demonstrated stable and satisfactory recovery rates ranging from 96.56% to 103.88% when the determining BPA in various plastic samples, indicating its potential for real applications.
