Comparative Study of Several Topology for PV-Based Inverters

A performance analysis of PV-based multi-level inverters is described in this paper using various multi-level PWM strategies. With references and carriers signal the lower and higher frequency switching is used in a multi-level converter. There are less switches and low harmonics distortion in the output voltage with this type of configuration. This work is divided into three categories: first, check the effect of carrier signal on inverter and compare harmonics and total harmonics distortion at voltage and current using switching strategy; Secondly to discuss about harmonics and total harmonics distortion in PV-based inverters at various levels. And finally, to obtain the comparative analysis of PV based inverter in various level of inverter, including harmonics and THD. To check and the comparative analysis of various levels of inverter and that harmonics distortion in PV based M-level inverters and gets the best result and improve the voltage and reduced the losses. This simulation of PV based M-level inverters and gives all its result and gets harmonics distortion using MATLAB software.
