Accelerating into production

AbstractThe JePPIX InPulse pilot line projects, rooted in the objectives of accelerating InP PIC manufacturing and innovation, present Pilot Photonics with an excellent opportunity to enable a cost‐effective transition from multiproject wafers (MPWs) to dedicated wafers with its two partners Smart Photonics and Fraunhofer HHI, two leading European PIC foundries. The chip quantities produced bolster design optimization and preproduction efforts for the company's flagship tunable and comb laser products.
