Pedagogical proposal to improve the work climate in textile microenterprises in ecuador

The labor climate, one is of the more vectors pondered by the companies' part if these wish to have efficiency and keeping on on the market. The objective was to validate a pedagogic proposal for the better the labor climate of the microenterprises of textile commerce of St. Domingo's city. An instrument where the dimensions became established was designed: Communication, line of supervision, climate and labor compatibility, motivation and affective participation, the same that 46 questions in 76 microenterprises conformed. Dimension communication comes in handy and flowed, the line of supervision is all right, climate and labor compatibility is variable, the endogenous motivation and the affective participation you present a loud satisfaction. The labor climate in general is positive where, the supervision has a level of loud communication with its collaborators, besides the workers are motivated.
