Supplemental Table 2: Correlation between all tested socioeconomic indices and miRNA values for eight miRNA previously associated with ovarian cancer risk, among Massachusetts residents. We confined this analysis to Massachusetts residents given there were a minority of non-Massachusetts residents in the cohort, and zip code was needed to perform the correlations with various socioeconomic indices.
