Supplemental Table 3 shows the ratio of non-white mean fluorescence units (MFI) to white MFI for the eight miRNA associated with ovarian cancer risk. MFI for non-white patients were on average higher for these race-associated miRNA compared to white patients (significance denoted with an asterisk).
