Adverse events associated with decreased overall survival were PsP (HR: 1.49, 95% CI: 1.01-2.22, p=0.046), VTE (HR: 1.42, 95% CI: 1.06-1.89, p=0.019) and early progression (HR: 3.83, 95% CI: 2.96-4.94, p<0.001).
