With the growth of IoT technology, managing intelligent homes has become complex due to the increasing number of devices, and the difference of control systems from many vendors. It becomes difficult to manage and maintain various devices with different communication protocol, leading to high costs and excessive energy consumption. To address these challenges, there is a need for a common communication standard that allows different devices can be integrated in to a control system. Implementing such a standard would significantly improve the efficiency and sustainability of technology, ensuring that it remains accessible and beneficial for all users. In this paper, we propose communication and control model to integrate devices from different manufacturers into a single system while still ensuring manufacturers' benefits and production. A system of different devices featuring from simple functions to complex ones for smart home is implemented to analyze the effectiveness of the proposed model. This project utilizes common communication technologies such as WiFi and Bluetooth. Ultimately, it presents an efficient communication model that can be expanded effectively.
