A Compact Waveguide Slot Array Filtenna

A filtering waveguide slot array antenna is presented for SATCOM applications. By inserting a substrate plate printed with a set of H-shaped resonators in the center of the rectangular waveguide parallel to the electric field, the waveguide slot array antenna can obtain good anti-interference performance. The antenna maintains good radiation performance in the receiving band (12.25-12.75 GHz) and has good rejection performance in the transmitting band (14.0-14.5 GHz).
