Abstract
This article proposed an active distribution network peak shaving scheduling strategy for microgrid group leasing shared energy storage, promoted efficient utilization of energy storage and on-site consumption of new energy, and achieved a win-win situation for multiple stakeholders. A one-master-multiple-slave game optimization model was constructed with the distribution network as the main body and the microgrid group and shared energy storage as the slaves. The main body formulated the time of use electricity price and implemented peak shaving scheduling with the goal of minimizing operating costs. The subordinate entities responded to the time of use electricity prices and developed a two-stage optimization strategy. The first stage was the optimization strategy for shared energy storage, the microgrid group leasing energy storage as needed to smooth net load fluctuations. The shared energy storage formulated charging and discharging strategies to met the energy storage needs of the microgrid group with the goal of minimizing operating costs. The second stage was the optimization strategy of the microgrid group, the microgrid group formed a cooperative alliance, formulated the scheduling strategy with the objective of minimizing the operation cost of the alliance, the power exchange among microgrids was taken into consideration and allocated the cooperative benefits of the alliance. The effectiveness of this method is verified by improved the IEEE33 bus system.
