Abstract
In this paper, we present a novel approach to subwavelength target recognition by integrating wavelet transform and time reversal techniques. The initial step involves employing the time reversal method to extract time-domain signals encapsulating subwavelength target data from a confined metallic cavity. Subsequently, we employ a basis pursuit approach rooted in wavelet transform to disentangle these time-domain signals, resulting in a comprehensive time-frequency distribution portrayal. This representation effectively captures the intricate time-frequency attributes embedded within the time-domain signals, consequently facilitating the precise identification of subwavelength targets.
