Abstract
With the development of advanced manufacturing models, collaborative manufacturing breaks down barriers to inter-enterprise and promotes the establishment of closer relationships between collaborative enterprises to facilitate outsourcing collaboration production in a more efficient way. Manufacturing enterprises can rely on the collaborative manufacturing platform for dynamic configuration based on the off-site manufacturing environment to provide customer-satisfied products and services with customization, low cost and short delivery time. In the process of dynamic allocation of manufacturing resources, enterprises face challenges such as difficulty in controlling the quality of product, uncertain revenue and waste of idle equipments. In order to achieve sustainable dynamic site selection, the paper proposes a multi-objective site selection model that considers outsourcing collaboration manufacturing capability matching and enterprise profit maximization. The paper considers the outsourcing collaboration manufacturing capability of candidate sites and constructs a collaboration manufacturing capability matching framework based on the fuzzy quality function deployment (QFD). Then, the paper constructs the enterprise profit function by transforming the service utility into customer selection behavior through Logit function from multiple perspectives such as market demands, enterprise capacity and idle equipments. Finally, the SPEA2-MOPSO algorithm are proposed to solve the multi-objective site selection model and performs well in performance tests. The validity and feasibility of the method is verified in conjunction with an example study. This method can effectively help collaborative manufacturing enterprises to show the synergistic effect of "products and services" in the decision-making process of site selection, and realize the two-way satisfaction of enterprise profit and customer service.
